About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing transformative digital initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

·        Defining and leading our digital vision, technology strategy, and roadmap, championing the shift to digital-first processes and fostering a culture of agility and innovation.

·        Developing and implementing Beach's AI policy, driving innovation through emerging technologies like machine learning and automation.

·        Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.

·        Leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation to support critical business operations.

About You

To be considered, you will need:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, emerging trends, and ERP/SAP systems.
