About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Management Partner to join our Organisational Development team within People & Culture. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for talent development, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to building organisational capability. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, supporting career development, and enhancing Beach Energy’s employee experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job briefings, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
- Talent development and internal mobility: Support initiatives that promote career growth, including job rotations, career conversations, and succession planning. Work in partnership with our P&C Business Partners and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on career pathways and development opportunities.
- Proactive sourcing and talent mapping: Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with key talent communities, leveraging sourcing tools, and contributing to Beach’s employee value proposition. Stay across industry trends and workforce needs to inform sourcing strategies.
- Labour hire coordination: Manage processes for labour hire contractor engagements, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract extensions. Liaise with providers to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed terms.
- Reporting and insights: Maintain accurate data and generate reports on recruitment performance, diversity metrics, and talent trends. Provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Culture and compliance: Champion Beach’s values around safety, diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Ensure recruitment practices align with organisational commitments and contribute to a respectful, diverse and inclusive workplace.
About You
You’re a confident communicator and relationship builder with a passion for spotting talent and growing people. You bring a service mindset and a drive for continuous improvement, and you’re comfortable working across teams to deliver impactful outcomes. You will bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and advise on candidate selection and career development.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Seek, and LinkedIn.
