About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR partnering and leadership support to senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio. You will play a crucial role in your portfolio’s leadership team executing diverse scopes of work and championing people initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance, advice, and support on all people practices.
• Building strong relationships and delivering integrated customer experiences.
• Executing annual processes including talent management, succession planning, and remuneration review.
• Managing organisational change initiatives including workforce restructures, role design, consultation and communication.
• Influencing and consulting on emerging HR matters and trends.
• Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
• Championing our adaptive Culture where wellbeing and a strong set of values supports peak performance.

About You

Reporting to the General Manager People and Reward, you will bring proven experience as a HRBP in large, complex industries, preferably oil and gas. You will have a tertiary qualification in HR or a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

You will need to bring a proactive, solutions focussed mindset with a passion for driving positive workplace change and strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels. You will contribute across various parts of the function ensuring we are always supporting the highest priority initiatives.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and working with agility will be the key to your success. Proficiency in HR management systems like SuccessFactors will also be beneficial.
