Beach is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager Investor Relations, to elevate our market presence, strengthen investor confidence and elevate our capital markets positioning.

As our General Manager of Investor Relations, you’ll you will be responsible for the preparation of clear communications on Beach’s strategy, results, and shareholder proposition to external stakeholders.

This is your opportunity to help shape Beach’s messaging, foster strong relationships with the investment community, and provide critical investor perspectives to management.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll become a trusted voice for Beach Energy, forging strong relationships across the investment, regulatory and corporate landscape. Your leadership will ensure timely, accurate and engaging communication of our performance, vision and strategy.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute strategies for IR messaging, investor targeting, and investor outreach
• Build effective relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors, responding to shareholder communication in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare company messaging, for quarterly, half yearly and annual reports, conferences, roadshows, and investor days, including relevant ASX releases and presentations
• Represent Beach Energy with confidence and credibility at investor roadshows, meetings and briefings.
• Champion our compliance with ASX continuous disclosure requirements and relevant financial regulations.
• Drive market intelligence efforts, delivering deep insights on Beach Energy and its peers, including valuations, recommendations and model reviews for senior leadership.
